摘要
及时掌握导弹结构在全寿命周期内的健康状态是确保装备完整性和使用可靠性的基础。结构健康监测技术利用在结构原位安装的传感器无损地获取结构的响应信号,并通过信号处理与分析获得结构状态特征信息,进而评估结构整体健康状况。对国内外导弹结构健康监测技术的研究进展进行了系统综述。围绕导弹结构健康监测技术的三个主要方面,即服役环境和载荷监测、复合材料壳体结构健康监测和固体火箭发动机内结构健康监测,对其技术需求、研究现状和发展前景进行了介绍。总结了结构健康监测技术在导弹上实际应用时亟待解决的若干关键技术问题。
Timely mastering the health status of the missile structure in the whole life cycle is the basis to ensure the equipment integrity and the operational reliability.Structural health monitoring technology uses the sensors installed in situ to acquire the response signal of the structure non-destructively,and obtains the feature information of the structure status through signal processing and analysis,so as to evaluate the overall health status of the structure.Focusing on three main branches of structural health monitoring technology for missiles,the technical demands,state of the art and development prospects are discussed from the aspects of service environment and load monitoring,health monitoring for composite shell structures and health monitoring for inner structures of solid rocket motors,respectively.The key technical problems to be solved in the practical application of structural health monitoring technology for missiles are summarized.
