摘要
将低密度聚乙烯材料和木质素在马来酸酐混合条件下生成符合建筑行业需求的复合材料,分析了制备复合材料所用的木质素质量分数对复合材料最终抗腐蚀能力、保温能力、强度和热性能的影响,并通过试验获得木质素质量分数的最佳值。试验结果表明,木质素质量分数在20%时,复合材料的综合性能较好,且各项性能均能满足建筑材料应用特性要求。
Low density polyethylene material and lignin were mixed with maleic anhydride to produce com⁃posites that meet the needs of the construction industry.The influences of lignin mass fraction used in the preparation of composites on the final corrosion resistance,thermal insulation,strength and thermal perfor⁃mance of the composites were analyzed,and the optimum value of lignin mass fraction was obtained by ex⁃periments.The experimental results show that when the lignin mass fraction is 20%,the comprehensive per⁃formance of the composites is better,and all properties can meet the requirements of the application charac⁃teristics of building materials.
