摘要
在铀矿钻探施工中,经常出现钻孔缩径、卡钻、钻头泥包等故障,不仅使生产进度减慢,而且带来极大的安全隐患,本文首先建立了铀矿钻探强抑制性冲洗液体系,优选复合硅酸盐抑制剂,并对配方进行优化,形成复合硅酸盐抑制剂技术,最后通过实验,验证了复合硅酸盐抑制剂的良好应用效果。
Faults such as borehole shrinkage,sticking,and bit balling often occur in the construction of uranium deposit drilling,which not only slows down the production progress but also brings great safety hazards.In this paper,a strong inhibitory flushing fluid system for uranium deposit drilling was first established.The composite silicate inhibitors were selected,and the formula was then optimized to establish a composite silicate inhibitor technology.Finally,the good application effect of composite silicate inhibitors was verified through experiments.
