复合地层EPB/TBM双模盾构掘进参数变化规律及相关性分析

摘要 依托深圳地铁13号线留仙洞—白芒区间工程,利用皮尔逊相关性、多元线性回归等方法对复合地层EPB/TBM双模盾构在不同地层、不同模式下掘进参数变化规律与相关性展开了分析,并优化了掘进参数的控制范围。结果表明,掘进模式与地层的变化对掘进参数具有重要影响,各参数之间单变量与多变量相关性、差异性均较大;不同模式、不同地层中推进速度与贯入度皮尔逊系数均在0.9以上,具有极强相关性,进而建立了主动控制参数与被动控制参数的回归模型,发现被动控制参数刀盘扭矩与贯入度受主动控制参数刀盘转速影响较大、总推力影响较小。相关成果可为后续复合双模盾构在隧道掘进中控制参数预测与决策优化提供理论依据。 Based on the Liuxiandong-Baimang section project of Shenzhen Metro Line 13,the variation law and correlation of EPB/TBM dual-mode shield tunneling parameters in different strata and modes are analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression,and the control range of tunneling parameters is optimized.The results show that the change of excavation mode and stratum has an important influence on excavation parameters:the correlation and difference of single-variable and multivariable between the parameters are large.The Pearson coefficients of propulsion speed and penetration in different modes and different strata are all above 0.9,showing a strong correlation.Then the regression model of active control parameters and passive control parameters is established.It is found that the cutterhead torque and penetration of passive control parameters are greatly affected by the cutterhead speed of active control parameters,and the total thrust is less affected.The relevant results can provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of control parameters and decision-making optimization of subsequent composite dual-mode shield in tunnel excavation.
