摘要
北京地铁17号线十里河站—潘家园西站暗挖区间隧道近距离下穿既有地铁14号线十里河站。区间暗挖隧道穿越地层为富水砂层,周边环境复杂,无地表降水条件;穿越施工时需破除既有地铁车站围护桩,而既有地铁结构变形要求严格,综合控制技术难度大,穿越施工风险高。为保证施工过程中无水作业环境及有效控制既有地铁结构的变形,运用有限元软件建立三维模型预测施工影响变形,同时采用全断面深孔注浆加固、上下导洞错段施工、静力拆除既有围护桩、自动化监测及轨道防护设计等综合防护措施,保证既有结构沉降变形、变形缝差异沉降等满足变形控制要求,从而确保既有线运营安全。
The tunnel between Shilihe Station and Panjiayuanxi Station of Beijing Metro Line 17 downtraverses the existing Shilihe Station of Metro Line 14 at a close distance.The interval subsurface excavation tunnel crosses the water-rich sand layer,the surrounding environment is complex,and there is no surface precipitation condition.During the crossing construction,it is necessary to break the retaining piles of the existing subway station.However,the deformation requirements of the existing subway structure are strict,the comprehensive control technology is difficult,and the crossing construction risk is high.To ensure a waterless working environment in the construction process and effectively control the deformation of the existing subway structure,a three-dimensional model is established by using finite element software to predict the deformation analysis of the construction influence.At the same time,comprehensive protective measures such as full-section deep hole grouting reinforcement,staggered construction of upper and lower pilot holes,static demolition of existing retaining piles,automatic monitoring,and track protection design are adopted to ensure that the settlement deformation of existing structures and the differential settlement of deformation joints meet the deformation control requirements to ensure the safety of existing lines.
