无规律多分布水利全局调度系统设计

摘要 水利工程无规律多分布的特点导致调度过程无法准确获得节点反馈信息,调度流量难以满足用户要求,为此,文中设计一种无规律多分布水利全局调度系统。在TCP/IP协议下进行调度参数调节,引入采集器、通信器和UPS装置设计监控中心硬件,通过闸门监测器和水位监测器设计控制站和监测站硬件,选取Fusion-Server 2288H V5型号数据库服务器设置调度中心硬件。其次,建立非线性时间序列,确定无规律多分布模型的内部损失函数,计算损失函数松弛变量,构建全局调度模型。最后,通过调度模型确定调度系数,计算调度安全权重,确定安全等级,建立二维网格,得到反馈信息,实现水利全局调度。实验结果表明,无规律多分布水利全局调度系统能够精准地获得节点反馈信息,调度流量最大可以达到3340 m3/s,调度能力得到显著提高。 The characteristic of irregular and multi distributed water conservancy engineering leads to the inability to accurately obtain node feedback information during the scheduling process,making it difficult for the scheduling flow to meet user requirements.The scheduling parameters is adjusted under TCP/IP protocol,collectors,communicators and UPS devices are introduced to design monitoring center hardware,control station and monitoring station hardwares are desinged by means of gate and water level monitors,and Fusion-Server 2288H V5 database server is selected to set up scheduling center hardware.The nonlinear time series is built,the internal loss function of the irregular multi distribution model is determined,the relaxation variable of the loss function is calculated,and the global scheduling model is constructed.The dispatching model is used to determine the dispatching coefficient,calculate the dispatching safety weight,determine the safety level and establish the two-dimensional grid,so as to obtain the feedback information and realize the overall dispatching of water conservancy.The experimental results show that the designed irregular multi-distribution water conservancy global dispatching system can accurately obtain node feedback information,the maximum dispatching flow can reach 3340 m3/s,and the dispatching capacity is improved significantly.
