摘要
现代化是指现代性不断增长的过程或者结果。考试招生制度是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要组成部分,深化考试招生制度改革是实现教育现代化的重要途径。新一轮考试招生制度改革体现了教育治理理念的转变,促进了教育治理体系的完善和教育治理能力的提升,推动了政府主导、学校自主办学、社会多元参与的教育治理格局的形成,在一定程度上以考试招生制度现代化实现了教育领域的历史性变革、系统性重塑、整体性重构。党的二十大报告提出将中国式现代化作为全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要路径,明确了中国式现代化的内涵,这对深化考试招生制度改革提出了新要求。持续推进考试招生制度现代化,应在坚持统一高考制度的基础上因地制宜推进改革,处理好科学、效率与公平的关系,落实立德树人根本任务,融入绿色发展理念,重塑教育新形态。
Modernization is the process or result of increasing modernity.The examination and enrollment system is an important component of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system is an important way to realize the modernization of education and educational governance.The reform of the examination and enrollment system reflects the transformation of the concept of educational governance,promotes the improvement of the educational system and capacity for governance,promotes the formation of an educational governance pattern dominated by the government,run by schools independently,and participated by multiple sectors of society.To some extent,the modernization of the examination and enrollment system has experienced historical changes,systematic remodelling,and overall reconstruction in the education field.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that a Chinese path to modernization should be an important path to advance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts and clearly defined its connotation,which put forward new requirements for deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system.The modernization process of the examination and enrollment system will eventually promote the process of the Chinese path to modernization.To continuously promote the modernization of the examination and enrollment system,we should adhere to the unified college entrance examination system and promote reform according to local conditions,reach a balance among science,efficiency,and fairness,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,integrate the concept of green development into the reform,and reshape a new form of education.
