摘要
无花果是药食同源食物,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。无花果多糖是无花果叶和无花果果实中的活性成分,具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、增强免疫力、抗菌消炎等功效。总结了国内外近年来关于无花果多糖提取的研究进展,旨在为提高无花果多糖提取率、降低提取成本和规模化生产、为无花果的综合开发利用提供参考。
Fig is a medicine food homology plants.It has high nutritional value and medicinal value.Fig polysaccharides are the active components in fig leaves and fig fruits.It has the effects of anti-tumor,lowering blood lipid,blood glucose,enhancing immunity,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.This paper summarized domestic and foreign research progress about extraction of fig polysaccharide.The aim was to improve the extraction rate of fig polysaccharide,reduced the extraction cost and scale production,and provided reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of fig.
