摘要
对全国32所职业本科学校设置的专业进行全样本分析,全面掌握目前职业本科专业在地域、院校、产业领域等不同层面的分布现状,发现专业设置同质化现象突出、部分产业发展急需的专业设置偏少、专业设置与区域产业发展的对接度有待提升、专业设置的集群效应未得到充分显现等突出问题。应树立“多元协同治理”的理念:通过完善专业设置预警与评估机制,提升专业结构与产业结构的对接度;强化专业内涵建设,提升人才培养质量与产业发展需求的适应性;发挥行业企业重要主体作用,提升产教融合的可持续性;激发学生自主发展意识,提升专业建设的学生参与度。
A full sample analysis was conducted on the vocational undergraduate specialty setting in 32 vocational undergraduate schools nationwide to fully understand the current distribution status of vocational undergraduate specialty at different levels such as regions,colleges and industries.It was found that the homogeneity of specialty settings was prominent,the number of specialty settings urgently needed by some industrial development was small,and the degree of connection between specialty settings and regional industrial development needed to be improved.The cluster effect of specialty setting has not been fully demonstrated.We should establish the concept of“diversified and coordinated governance”,improve the connection between major structure and industrial structure by improving the early-warning and evaluation mechanism for specialty settings;strengthen the construction of specialty connotation and improve the adaptability of talent training quality and industrial development demand;give play to the important role of industry enterprises to improve the sustainability of industry-education integration;stimulate students'awareness of independent development,enhance students'participation in specialty construction.
