大型机组循环水阻垢剂性能评价及研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究3种不同阻垢剂的阻垢性能,为大型机组循环冷却水系统筛选出最佳阻垢剂,通过静态阻垢法浓缩倍率试验进行循环水用阻垢剂的相关性能评价,并采用离子色谱法检测循环水阻垢试验用补充水;通过配制试样和滴加特定溶液并检测试样的电导率、pH及CaCO3过饱和度,进行电导率法和pH法测定阻垢效果的研究探索。结果表明:在投加相同药剂浓度时,3种阻垢剂评价方法均验证阻垢剂3的阻垢性能最佳,阻垢剂1效果最差;试样溶液的电导率和pH发生突变的拐点越滞后,说明CaCO3过饱和度越高,阻垢剂的阻垢性能越好;电导率法和pH法测定阻垢性能的试验周期短,操作简单且数据稳定,结果可靠,因此可以完成对循环冷却水阻垢剂的初步筛选。最后对电厂循环冷却水运行提出相应建议。 In order to study the scale inhibition performance of three different scale inhibitors and select the best scale inhibitors for the circulating cooling water system of large units,the relevant performance evaluation of scale inhibitors for circulating water was carried out through the concentration rate test of static scale inhibition method,and the supplementary water for scale inhibition test of circulating water was detected by ion chromatography.By preparing samples,adding specific solution and measuring the conductivity,pH and supersaturation of CaCO3 solution,the effects of scale inhibition was studied using conductivity method and pH method.The results showed that when the same concentration of reagent was added,the three evaluation methods all verified that the scale inhibition performance of inhibitor 3 was the best,and the inhibitor 1 was the worst.The longer the inflection point of the sudden change of the conductivity and pH of the sample solution is delayed,which indicates that the higher the supersaturation of CaCO3,the better the scale inhibition performance of the scale inhibitor.The conductivity method and pH method have short test period,simple operation,stable data and reliable results,so the preliminary screening of scale inhibitors for circulating cooling water can be completed.Finally,some suggestions on the operation of circulating cooling water in power plant are put forward.
