摘要
灌区是我国水利工程建设的重要组成部分,将电气自动化和信息化技术应用于灌区运行管理中,能实现远程闸门的启闭、自动化流量测算、远程监控与调度等现代化作业,减少人力物力的投入,创造良好的综合效益。本文以邢家渡引黄灌区和平阴田山灌区为例,介绍了当前灌区所面临的诸多问题,以及如何通过电气自动化和信息化建设加强灌区的现代化运行管理,对灌区管理有一定的指导意义。
The irrigation area is an important part of the water project construction in China.The electrical automation and information technology are applied to the operation management of the irrigation area,which can realize the remote gate opening and closing,automatic flow measurement,remote monitoring and scheduling and other modern operations,reducing the input of human and material resources,and creating a good comprehensive benefit.Taking Xing Jiadu Yellow River Diversion irrigation area and Tianshan irrigation area in Pingyin District as examples,this paper introduces many problems faced by the irrigation area,and how to strengthen the modern operation management through the construction of electrical automation and information technology,which has certain guidance for the management of the similar irrigation areas.
