摘要
针对当前纺织车间织物疵点管理流程中数据化信息采集程度低、疵点信息分析维度复杂、疵点与工种绩效关联等现状,结合其问题的具体表现,设计开发了基于数据挖掘的织物疵点MES系统。该系统采用编程语言Java,通过简单页面进行操作,实现了疵点快捷录入、疵点自动评分、品种信息管理、工艺优化推荐、员工绩效计算等功能,能够提高企业的管理效率,降低人工操作成本。该系统使得织物疵点管理操作更加智能和便捷。
Aimed at current situation of low digitized information collection degree,complex defect information analysis dimension,and defects relevant with job performance and so on in the process of fabric defect management in textile workshop,a fabric defect MES system based on data mining was designed and developed combining concrete performances of those problems.The programming language Java was adopted in the system.Through a simple page to operate,the functions of quick entry of defects,automatic grading of defects,variety information management,process optimization recommendation and staff performance calculation and so on were realized.The management efficiency in enterprises could be improved and manual operation cost could be reduced.The system made the operation of fabric defect management more intelligent and convenient.
