摘要
传染病学是内科学的一个重要分支学科,也是研究生医学教育中不可或缺的一部分。传染病科学学位研究生教育发展速度缓慢,面临着培养质量良莠不齐、发现科学问题和解决问题的能力不强、创新性成果较少等诸多问题。针对这些问题,文章探讨了如何有效地提升传染病学研究生的基础研究水平和科研能力。从传染病学科学学位研究生和导师的现状入手,围绕提高传染病科学学位研究生的科研素质和创新能力,以更好地适应传染病学科的综合发展,提出了一些提升传染病科学学位研究生科研能力的措施,最终形成人才、学科、科研和转化应用协同发展的良性循环体系,有助于传染病学基础研究的长远发展。
Infectious disease is an important branch of internal medicine,and it is an integral part of postgraduate medical education.The development of postgraduate education for infectious disease in scientific degrees is slow,and it faces many problems such as uneven quality of training,weak ability to discover and solve scientific problems, and short of innovative outcome. In response to these problems, this paper discusses how to effectively improve the ability of basic research and scientific research of postgraduates in infectious diseases. Starting from the status of postgraduates and their supervisors in the field of infectious diseases, and focusing on improving the scientific research quality and innovation ability of postgraduates with infectious disease in scientific degrees, so as to better adapt to the comprehensive development of infectious diseases, some advices are put forward to improve the scientific research of postgraduate in infectious diseases for the scientific degree. Finally, a virtuous cycle system of coordinated development of talents, disciplines, scientific research and transformation applications will be formed, which will contribute to the long-term development of basic research in infectious diseases.
