摘要
目的分析甲状腺功能指标、脑钠肽(BNP)与甲状腺功能亢进的关系。方法将2018年6月至2021年6月来我院诊治的53例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为研究组,另将同时间段内于我院接受健康体检的53名受检者作为对照组。两组均开展甲状腺功能指标与BNP检测。比较两组的检测结果。结果研究组的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、BNP水平高于对照组,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病情控制组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TRAb、TGAb、TPOAb、BNP水平低于病情未控制组,TSH水平高于病情未控制组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺功能指标联合BNP检测对甲亢的诊断阳性率高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺功能指标联合BNP对甲状腺功能亢进的诊断价值良好。
Objective To analyze the relationship between thyroid function indexes,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 53 patients with hyperthyroidism who came to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as study group,in addition,53 subjects who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Thyroid function indexes and BNP detection were carried out in both groups.The detection results of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4)),thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and BNP in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FT_(3),FT_(4),TRAb,TGAb,TPOAb and BNP in the disease control group were lower than those in the disease uncontrolled group,the TSH level was higher than that in the disease uncontrolled group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of thyroid function indexes combined with BNP detection for diagnosing hyperthyroidism was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid function indexes combined with BNP for hyperthyroidism has a good diagnostic value.
