中国式超大特大城市现代化水平的多维测度——理论逻辑、时空演绎与提升路径 被引量:10

Multi-dimensional measurement of levels of Chinese mega-city modernization:Theoretical logic,spatial-temporal characteristics and improving path

摘要 基于中国式现代化的五个特征,构建城市现代化水平的多维测度体系,对中国式超大特大城市现代化水平进行实证测度。研究结果显示:2008—2020年,中国式超大特大城市现代化水平整体上稳步提升,可以将其划分为领先型、成长型、追赶型和起步型四大类型;中国式超大特大城市现代化水平呈现出“东部整体领先、中部快速崛起、西部逐步提升、东北有待振兴”的空间格局和“南快北慢”的发展趋势,各维度发展存在不协调倾向和显著的区域异质性;中国式超大特大城市现代化水平的差异大致表现出先缩小再扩大的发展规律;中国式超大特大城市现代化水平的增长趋势存在一定程度的“俱乐部趋同”特征。基于此,提出促进中国式超大特大城市现代化水平提升的主要路径。 Based on the five theoretical connotations of Chinese path to modernization, a multi-dimensional measurement system is constructed, and the level of Chinese mega-city modernization is empirically measured. The study shows that the overall level of Chinese mega-city modernization presents a steady upward trend, specifically divided into four types: leading, growing, catching up, and starting;The overall level of Chinese mega-city modernization presents a spatial pattern of “overall leading in the east, rapid rise in the middle, gradual improvement in the west, and the need for revitalization in the northeast”, and a development trend of “fast in the south and slow in the north”, with uncoordinated trends and significant regional heterogeneity in various dimensions of development;The difference in the level of Chinese mega-city modernization roughly follows a development pattern of first narrowing and then expanding;The growth trend of the level of Chinese mega-city modernization has a certain degree of “club convergence” characteristics. Based on this, the main paths are proposed to promote Chinese mega-city modernization.
