摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁女性健康。中医药在乳腺癌的综合治疗中具有重要的辅助地位,中医古籍中记载了很多治疗乳腺癌的处方。本文总结了治疗乳腺癌的9首内服古方(神效瓜蒌散、消乳岩丸方、益气养荣汤、丹栀逍遥散、犀黄丸、小金丹、阳和汤、阳和化岩汤、香贝养荣汤)的现代研究进展,以期为古方治疗乳腺癌的临床应用及进一步研究提供参考。
Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women that seriously threatens their health.Traditional Chinese medicine occupies an important auxiliary position in the comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,and several prescriptions for breast cancer treatment have been recorded in ancient Chinese medicine books.The present review summarized the modern research progress on nine ancient oral prescriptions(Shenxiao Gualou powder,Xiaoruyan pill recipe,Yiqi Yangrong decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao san,Xihuang pill,Xiaojin dan,Yanghe decoction,Yanghe Huayan decoction,and Xiangbei Yangrong decoction)to provides evidence for their clinical application in treating breast cancer.
