摘要
ATP生物发光技术是新兴技术,作为一种灵敏度高、操作性强,而且具有简单快速优势的活菌计数法,其在食品工程中的应用日益广泛,目前已经在食品表面清洁度评价、食品卫生环境监控、食品质量安全检测、药物研究等领域进行了大量实践。基于此,本文分析了ATP生物发光技术的原理以及技术优势,并指出其在食品工程中的具体应用领域,旨在为有关技术应用提供借鉴。
ATP bioluminescence technology is an emerging technology.As a high sensitivity,strong operability,and simple and rapid advantages of viable bacteria counting method,its application in food engineering is becoming more and more widespread.At present,a lot of practices have been carried out in food surface cleanliness evaluation,food hygiene environment monitoring,food quality and safety testing,drug research and other fields.Based on this,the principle and technical advantages of ATP bioluminescence technology were analyzed,and its specific application fields in food engineering were pointed out,so as to provide reference for the application of relevant technology.
