摘要
我国小学生人数众多,正处于养成良好卫生习惯、培养食品安全意识的关键阶段。大学生应面向小学生开展食品安全科普活动,帮助其培养食品安全意识,进而带动家庭食品安全水平的提高。本文介绍了广东轻工职业技术学院的食品安全科普团队面向小学生开展食品安全科普活动的经验,对高校大学生开展面向小学生的食品安全科普活动模式进行了研究,包括该模式所具有的优势、劣势、机会和风险,并提出相关建议,以期为高校大学生开展面向小学生的食品安全科普活动提供指导。
There were many primary school students in China.It's a critical stage of developing good hygiene habits and food safety awareness for primary school students.The students of colleges and universities should carry out the science popularization activities of food safety for primary school students,in order to help primary school students develop food safety awareness and ability.Thereby the household food safety level of primary school students will be improved.This paper introduces the experience of the food safety popularization team of Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College in carrying out food safety popularization activities for primary school students,and researches the model of food safety popularization activities for primary school students by college students,including the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of the model,and puts forward relevant suggestions,with a view to providing guidance for college students in carrying out food safety popularization activities for primary school students.The study includes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of this model,and puts forward relevant recommendations in order to provide guidance for college students to carry out food safety science popularization activities for primary school students.
