摘要
郑州市地铁8号线一期工程施工的龙湖中环路站—郑大一附院(东区)站的盾构隧道侧穿龙之梦东苑建筑物,在其地质条件和周围环境背景下,由于此区域靠近盾构到达段,地层应力损失严重,地层稳定性差,易发生涌水、塌方等危险,导致周边建筑物及管线变形过大,甚至破坏,因此确保侧穿建筑物的盾构施工安全为一大重点。针对此情况,采取了对盾构机的适应性设计和参数设定等,以及注浆、加注泡沫的地层加固改良措施,并进行地面和建筑物的沉降监测。结果表明,在采取了控制措施后,有效控制住了地面及建筑物沉降,保证了侧穿建筑物的施工安全。
The shield tunnel of Longhu Middle Ring Road Station-Zhengda First Affiliated Hospital(East District)Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 Phase I project passes through Dragon Dream Dongyuan building on the side.Against the background of its geological and surrounding environmental conditions,due to the proximity of this area to the shield tunnel arrival section,the severe stress loss in the strata,poor stability of the strata,and the risk of water inrush and collapse,which may lead to excessive deformation or even damage to the surrounding buildings and pipelines,ensuring the safety of shield tunneling through buildings on the side is a major focus.In view of this situation,the adaptive design and parameter setting of the shield machine,as well as the grouting and foam injection ground reinforcement and improvement measures were taken,and the settlement of the ground and buildings was monitored.The results showed that after taking the control measures,the settlement of the ground and buildings is effectively controlled and the safety of side-crossing buildings is guaranteed.
