摘要
作为一种常用的选煤机干法选煤工艺,空气重介质选煤方法在运行过程中易损坏刮板系统,造成刮板机卡死损坏等安全事故,影响选煤机的运行效率。通过分析选煤机排料系统在运行阶段传动链条承受摩擦阻力、链条各监测点位张力及刮板受力,明确选煤机排料系统受力结构特征,并提出压链轮结构改进、布封板增设、排矸口倾角调整等优化方案,有效提高了排料系统运行的稳定性及运行效率。
As a commonly used dry coal preparation process for coal preparation machines,the air heavy medium coal preparation method is prone to damage the scraper system during operation,causing safety accidents such as stuck and damaged scraper machines,and affecting the operational efficiency of the coal preparation machine.By analyzing the frictional resistance of the transmission chain,tension at each monitoring point of the chain,and force on the scraper of the coal preparation machine discharge system during operation,the structural characteristics of the force on the discharge system of the coal preparation machine are clarified.Optimization schemes such as improving the structure of the pressure chain wheel,adding a sealing plate,and adjusting the inclination angle of the discharge port are proposed,effectively improving the stability and efficiency of the discharge system operation.
