双歧杆菌四联活菌片辅助治疗2型糖尿病的效果

摘要 目的:分析肠道微生态制剂双歧杆菌四联活菌片在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的168例T2DM患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=84,予以常规治疗)、研究组(n=84,予以常规治疗+双歧杆菌四联活菌片)。对比两组治疗前后肠道菌群水平变化、血糖与胰岛素、脂质过氧化损伤情况。结果:治疗后,研究组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌均高于对照组,大肠杆菌、拟杆菌均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰高血糖素均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均高于对照组,活性氧(ROS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微生态制剂的辅助应用能够提高T2DM患者血糖控制效果,改善胰岛β细胞功能,利于促进患者病情转归。 Objective:To analyze the application value of intestinal microecologics Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:A total of 168 patients with T2DM admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=84,received conventional treatment)and study group(n=84,received conventional treatment+Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live)according to random number table method.The changes of intestinal flora level,blood sugar,insulin and lipid peroxidation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in study group were higher than those in control group,Escherichia coli and Bacteroide in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index and glucagon in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant application of microecologics can improve the blood sugar control effect and isletβcell function in T2DM patients,which is conducive to promoting the prognosis of patients.
