摘要
孕期雌鼠(GD0至GD20)经水暴露于质量浓度为0、0.1、1.0、10.0 mg·L^(-1)的As^(3+)中.其中高剂量组于GD15-GD19时进行硒干预.GD20时取血液和肝脏,并计算肝脏系数.电感耦合等离子体质谱检测血清和肝脏中的元素含量;液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱进行拟靶向脂质组学检测;全自动生化分析仪检测血清生化指标.结果显示,高剂量砷暴露可诱发大鼠脂代谢紊乱,硒干预后会改变血清中脂质代谢过程.
Pregnant female rats(GD0 to GD20) were exposed to As^(3+) in water at concentrations of 0,0.1,1.0,and 10.0 mg·L^(-1).The high-dose group underwent selenium intervention at GD15-GD19.Blood and liver samples were collected at GD20,and liver coefficients were calculated.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to detect the elemental contents in serum and liver;liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used for pseudo-targeted lipidomics;and a fully automated biochemical analyzer was used to detect serum biochemical parameters.The results showed that high-dose As exposure induced disorders of lipid metabolism in rats,and Se intervention altered the process of lipid metabolism in serum.
