摘要
为获取不同气压环境下的爆炸冲击波传播规律,实现对不同气压环境下的爆炸冲击波性能快速预估,采用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN进行数值模拟,对数据进行分析与拟合,并通过低气压环境冲击波传播试验对拟合公式进行精度验证。结果表明:在同一对比距离下,冲击波超压峰值随着大气压力降低显著下降,低气压环境不利于冲击波的正常传播;基于数值模拟结果拟合考虑大气压力和温度效应的计算模型,对比试验结果,拟合公式计算误差小于15.0%,平均误差小于±7.8%。
In order to obtain the propagation law of explosion shock wave in different pressure environments and realize the rapid prediction of the performance of explosion shock wave in different pressure environments,the nonlinear dynamics software AUTODYN was used to carry out numerical simulation,and the data were analyzed and fitted,and the accuracy of the fitting formula was verified by the propagation test of shock wave in low pressure environment.The results show that at the same contrast distance,the peak overpressure of shock wave decreases significantly with the decrease of atmospheric pressure,and the low pressure environment is not conducive to the normal propagation of shock wave.Based on the numerical simulation results,the calculation model considering the effects of atmospheric pressure and temperature is fitted.Compared with the test results,the calculation error of the fitting formula is less than 15.0%,and the average error is less than±7.8%.
