LF精炼炉电气自动化升级改造

摘要 文章针对邯钢一炼钢厂LF精炼炉近几年生产过程中,影响生产质量的电气自动化系统难题,进行了持续跟踪和改造,重点完成精炼电极调节改造、精炼二次短网补偿器改造、氩气底吹系统改造等项目,改造后效果明显,最终实现LF精炼电耗降低5.1%,年检修时间缩短约40h,改善了LF炉钢水的品质,年创效100余万元,为一炼钢厂生产顺利进行提供了设备保障。 This article focuses on the continuous tracking and transformation of the electrical automation system problems that affect production quality during the production process of the LF refining furnace in the first steelmaking plant of Handan Iron and Steel Group in recent years.Projects such as refining electrode adjustment transformation,refining secondary short network compensator transformation,and argon bottom blowing system transformation have been completed,and the results of the transformation are obvious.Ultimately,the LF refining power consumption has been reduced by 5.1%,the annual inspection and repair time has been shortened by about 40 hours,and the quality of the LF furnace steel has been improved,We have achieved an annual efficiency of over 1 million yuan,and our first steelmaking plant has provided equipment support for smooth production.
