摘要
本文探讨了在碳达峰碳中和背景下的环境管理现状及其发展路径。首先,分析了碳达峰碳中和的概念和在环境管理中的重要性;接着,探讨了当前工业企业污染、交通尾气污染、城市供暖污染问题等环境管理中存在的问题;然后,提出了一系列发展路径,包括优化和调整产业结构、加强排污监测监管能力建设、强化污染管理力度、完善低碳规划建设体系建立以及推动城市绿色低碳转型、加大碳达峰碳中和宣传力度。通过这些措施,可以实现环境管理的持续改善,促进可持续发展和碳减排目标的实现。
This article explores the current status and development path of environmental management in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Firstly,the concept of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and their importance in environmental management were analyzed.Subsequently,the current environmental management issues such as industrial enterprise pollution,traffic exhaust pollution,and urban heating pollution were discussed.Then,a series of development paths were proposed,including optimizing and adjusting industrial structure,strengthening the construction of pollution monitoring and supervision capacity,strengthening pollution management,improving the establishment of low-carbon planning and construction system,promoting urban green and low-carbon transformation,and increasing the promotion of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Through these measures,continuous improvement in environmental management can be achieved,promoting sustainable development and achieving carbon reduction goals.
