生物酵素对略阳乌鸡生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白和盲肠微生物菌群结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Bio-enzyme on Growth Performance,Serum Immunoglobulin and Microflora Structure of Cecum of Lueyang Black-bone Chicken

摘要 为研究不同剂量生物酵素对略阳乌鸡生长性能、血清免疫球蛋白和盲肠微生物菌群结构的影响,试验将360只1日龄略阳乌鸡(公母各半)随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,低、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.1%生物酵素。每隔一周测定平均日增重(ADG)与采食量。10周龄时每组随机挑选12只略阳乌鸡采集血清,利用ELISA试剂盒进行血清免疫球蛋白含量的测定,15周龄时从低剂量组和对照组分别随机挑选6只母鸡,采集盲肠内容物进行肠道微生物16S rDNA测序。结果显示:生物酵素显著增加了第9周、第11周略阳乌鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了低、高剂量组略阳乌鸡的料重比(P<0.05),从料重比来看,0.1%生物酵素适用于公鸡(P<0.05),0.05%生物酵素适用于母鸡(P<0.05);低剂量组的血清IgA、IgG、IgM含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,低剂量组盲肠Coprobacter属相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),劳森菌属(Lawsonia)和瘤胃球菌属(Ru⁃minococcus)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,在饲粮中添加生物酵素可提高略阳乌鸡的生长性能和免疫水平,并显著改善略阳乌鸡盲肠微生物区系。 To study the effects of bio-enzymes on growth performance,serum immunoglobulin and cecal microbial communi⁃ty of Lueyang black-bone chicken,a total of 360 one-day-age Lueyang black-bone chickens(half male and half female)were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed the basal di⁃et.Low supplemental group and high supplemental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%and 0.1%bio-en⁃zymes,respectively.The average daily gain(ADG)and feed intake were measured every other week.At the age of 10 weeks,12 Lueyang black-bone chickens were randomly selected from each group to collect serum,the serum immunoglobulin content was measured by ELISA kit.At 15 weeks of age,6 hens were randomly selected from each of the low supplemental group and the con⁃trol group to collect cecal contents for intestinal microbe 16S rDNA sequencing.The results showed that:the average daily gain of the supplemental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group at 9th week and 11th week(P<0.05).Bio-enzymes could significantly reduce the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05).In terms of the ratio of feed to gain,0.1%bio-enzymes was suitable for cocks and 0.05%bio-enzymes was suitable for hens(P<0.05).The content of serum IgA,IgG and IgM in low supplemental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,Coprobacter in cecal of the low supplemental group was significantly increased while Lawsonia and Ruminococcus was significantly decreased.It was indi⁃cated that bio-enzymes could significantly increase the growth performance and immune level of Lueyang black-bone chicken,improve the cecal microflora of Lueyang black-bone chickens.
