摘要
为了获得最佳的液压支架立柱油缸结构参数,提高仿真计算的精确性,该研究利用SolidWorks三维软件的仿真计算模块,通过有限元法确定力学特性状态,研究了液压支架的液压支撑立柱油缸中心角α和焊缝间隙的合理数值。根据分析结果,依据最小误差和最大性能计算的原则,确定了缸体和焊缝的中心角及其合理值。研究成果为液压支架的结构设计提供了依据。
In order to obtain the best structural parameters of the hydraulic support column cylinder and improve the accuracy of the simulation calculation,the study used the simulation calculation module of SolidWorks 3D software to determine the mechanical characteristic states by the finite element method and studied the reasonable values of the hydraulic support column cylinder centre angleαand the weld gap of the hydraulic support.Based on the analysis results,the centre angle of the cylinder and the weld seam and their reasonable values were determined based on the principle of minimum error and maximum performance calculation.The research results provide a basis for the structural design of the hydraulic support.
