基于锚索注浆技术的深部高地应力巷道支护实践 被引量:3

摘要 某公司面临较严重的深井巷道围岩支护问题,在分析该矿回风大巷围岩变形破坏特征及支护难点的基础上,提出了该工程条件下巷道支护应突出“让压”理念、“加固”理念及“协同”理念,并针对性地设计了常规锚网喷+注浆锚索联合支护方案。经掘进支护工程实践及矿压观测验证,设计的联合支护方案较好地适应了巷道条件,能够保障巷道围岩稳定及安全生产,技术经济效益显著。 Based on the analysis of the deformation and damage characteristics of the surrounding rocks and the dificulties of the support,it is proposed that the roadway support should highlight the concepts of"let pressure","reinforcement"and"synergy"under the project conditions.The design of the combined anchor network spraying+slurry anchor rope support scheme was verified by the practice of tunneling support project and mine pressure observation,the designed combined support scheme is well adapted to the roadway conditions and can guarantee the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and safe production,with significant technical and economic benefits.
