基于有限元方法的滚装船片体分段叠层放置方案设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了减轻大型滚装船分段场地片体的放置压力同时提升涂装效率,进行甲板片体分段叠层放置的方案设计,采用有限元软件,建立滚装船片体分段结构叠层放置仿真模型,对叠层放置方案进行计算分析预报,计算结果表明,对于厚板片体采用叠层放置其强度和变形均可满足使用要求,对于薄板片体则需要增设支撑结构控制变形方可满足使用要求,所提出的滚装船片体分段叠层放置方案能有效解决片体分段的场地紧缺的使用问题,可对提高后面工序的作业效率起到重要的作用。 In order to reduce the placing pressure of the section pieces of large ro-ro ship and improve the painting efficiency,the scheme design for the placement and layers of sections pieces was carried out.The FEA software was used to establish the simulation model of the laminated placement of the Ro-Ro ship section pieces,and the layered placement schemes was analyzed to determine the reasonable piece placement scheme.The numerical results showed that for thick plate,the strength and deformation of laminated placement scheme can meet the requirements,while for thin plate,it is necessary to add supported structure to control the deformation.The proposed placement scheme of the Ro-Ro ship section can effectively solve the problem of shortage of the placement space and play an important role in improving the working efficiency of the following processes.
