摘要
为降低风机人工巡检劳动强度、提高巡检效率、降低人工投入成本,基于智能视频分析技术建立集远程图像采集、智能分析于一体的新能源风机智慧巡检系统。该系统能智能分析机组环境和设备运行状态,满足特殊环境(高温、暴雨、冰雪、雷电等)下的使用要求并主动推送告知、告警信息,实现对机组设备的远程智能化巡检、可视化复核与监管。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of manual patrol inspection of fans,improve the efficiency of patrol inspection,and decrease the cost of manual input,a new energy intelligent patrol inspection system for fans integrating remote image acquisition and intelligent analysis is established based on intelligent video analysis technology,which can intelligently analyze the environment of the unit and the operating status of the equipments,meet the requirements of use under special circumstances(high temperature,rainstorm,ice and snow,lightning...etc.),and actively push notification and alarm information,to realize remote intelligent patrol inspection,visual review and supervision of the equipment of the unit.
