摘要
为了更好地利用钢铁厂含锌粉尘,本文结合现场转底炉生产工艺,研究了消解时间、物料水分、OG-LT混合灰质量比以及消解方式等参数对钢铁厂电炉灰和LT灰中f-CaO消解程度的影响。结果表明:延长消解时间和增加水分对提高电炉灰、LT灰的消解率有利,但是均不能使f-CaO消解完全;在确保物料流动性和生产顺行的前提下,当含水量为15%时,至少需消解48 h以上,电炉灰和LT灰中的f-CaO消解率才能达到80%以上;当OG泥和LT灰的质量比超过2∶1时,OG-LT混合灰中的f-CaO消解率达到70%以上。生产现场可以采用落地加水放置以及提高OG泥在混合灰中比例的方式解决因f-CaO发生消解反应对生产带来的不利影响。此外,通过加水浸泡、机械活化等工艺也是提高含锌粉尘f-CaO消解率的重要措施。
In order to make better use of zinc-containing dust in steel plants,effects such as digestion time,material moisture content,mass ratio of OG-LT mixed dust and digestion method on the degree of f-Ca O digestion in EAF and converter-LT dusts in iron and steel plants are studied combined with the production process of on-site rotary hearth furnace.The results show that:prolonging digestion time and increasing moisture content are beneficial to improve the slaking rate of EAF and converter-LT dusts,but f-Ca O cannot be completely digested.On the premise of ensuring the material fluidity and smooth peration of production,when the moisture content is 15%,it needs to be digested for at least 48 hours,and the slaking rate of f-Ca O in EAF and converter-LT dusts can reach above 80%.When the mass ratio of OG mud to LT dust exceeds 2∶1,the slaking rate of f-Ca O in OG-LT mixed dust reaches over 70%.The production site can solve the adverse effects of the digestion reaction of f-Ca O on the production by placing it with water on the floor and increasing the proportion of OG mud in the mixed dust.In addition,such processes as water immersion and mechanical activation are also important measures to improve the f-Ca O slaking rate of zinc-containing dust.
