摘要
目的分析垂直管理在护理部管理工作中的应用路径及成效。方法选择2021年6月—2022年6月湘雅博爱康复医院护理部72名护士为研究对象。于2021年6—12月实施常规管理(36名护士,对照组);于2022年1—6月实施垂直管理(36名护士,研究组)。同时各选取护士负责的50例患者记录管理差错事件发生率。比较不同管理模式下管理质量检查结果、护士职业倦怠情况、管理差错事件发生率以及护士对管理方案的认可度及岗位的满意度。结果研究组管理质量检验评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士职业倦怠评分和管理差错事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理方案认可度和岗位满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理部管理工作中实施垂直管理所获得的管理成效比常规管理更好,可显著提升管理质量,打消护士职业倦怠感,降低管理差错事件发生风险,护士对管理内容更加认可,对岗位工作更加满意,促进提高护理服务质量。
Objective To analyze the application path and effect of vertical management in nursing department man⁃agement.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,72 nurses from the Nursing Department of Xiangya Boai Rehabilita⁃tion Hospital were selected as the study subjects.Routine management was implemented from June to December 2021(36 nurses,control group);vertical management was implemented from January to June 2022(36 nurses,study group).At the same time,50 patient records were selected by nurses to be responsible for the occurrence rate of errors in man⁃agement.The results of management quality inspection,nurses'burnout,management error incidence rate,nurses'rec⁃ognition of management plans and job satisfaction were compared under different management modes.Results The management quality test score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of burnout and management errors among nurses in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition of management plan and job satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of vertical management in the management of nursing department is better than that of conventional management,which can significantly improve the quality of management,eliminate the sense of burnout of nurses,reduce the risk of management errors,nurses are more recog⁃nized for the management content,more satisfied with the post work,and promote the improvement of the quality of nursing service.
