摘要
目的研究柔性管理应用于神经外科护理管理中的成效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月常德市第一人民医院神经外科20名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分组为观察组、对照组,每组10名,分别采取柔性管理方式、常规管理方式,分析并对比两组管理效果。结果观察组自我效能感评分(36.21±2.01)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、工作态度、护理质量、工作能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将柔性管理应用于神经外科护理管理中的管理效果显著,不仅能提高管理质量,还能提高满意度。
Objective To study the effectiveness of flexibility management in neurosurgery nursing management.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,20 Neurosurgery nurses from Changde First People´s Hospital were se⁃lected as the research objects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 10 nurses in each group.Flexible management and conventional management were adopted respectively,and analyzed and com⁃pared the management effects of two groups.Results The self-efficacy score of the observation group(36.21±2.01)points was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the service atti⁃tude,work attitude,nursing quality,and work ability scores of the observation group were better than those of the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible management applied to neurosurgery nursing management achieved significant management effects,which not only im⁃proved management quality but also improved satisfaction.
