酸化活性炭纤维电吸附除氟影响因素分析

Analysis of factors influencing electro-adsorption fluoride removal by acidified activated carbon fiber

摘要 以氟化钠为去除目标物,通过酸化活性炭纤维(ACF)电吸附法除氟。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、低温氮气吸脱附法(BET)和循环伏安法(CV)对ACF进行表征和测试。结果表明:通过4%盐酸酸化的活性炭纤维比电容高达133.7F/g,具有较好的电吸附除氟性能。确定了最优实验条件(电压1.8V、流量5mL/min、极板间距2mm、初始浓度30mg/L),并在此基础上,施加三对电极板工作,保持循环测试6次,平均去除率可达29.3%。除氟拟合曲线符合Freundlich吸附等温模型,吸附过程符合准一级动力学模型。 Sodium fluoride was the removal target and removed by acidified activated carbon fiber(ACF)electro-adsorption.The ACF was characterized and tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),low-temperature nitrogen adsorption and desorption(BET)and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The results showed that the activated carbon fiber(ACF-4)acidified by 4%hydrochloric acid had good performance in fluoride removal by electro-adsorption with specific capacitance up to 133.7F/g.The optimal test conditions(voltage 1.8V,flow rate 5mL/min,plate spacing 2mm,initial concentration 30mg/L)were determined.Based on this,three pairs of electrode plates were applied and six cycles were tested,and the average removal rate was 29.3%.The fitted curve of fluoride removal was in accordance with the Freundlich isothermal model of adsorption,and the adsorption process was in accordance with the quasi-first-order kinetic model.
