水文信息化在巩乃斯河流域超历史大洪水中的应用

Application of Hydrological Information in the Greatest Flood in the Gonais River Basin

摘要 以新疆维吾尔自治区西南部巩乃斯河流域为例,在分析流域水利信息化建设概况及发展规划的基础上,对智能感知监测、大数据分析、可视化会商、水文业务支撑等系统在流域水情监测、超历史大洪水预测测报等方面的实际应用进行了分析探讨。结果表明,巩乃斯河流域所构建起的水文信息化应用系统,在自动化水平、测报的时效性和精确度、预警预报分析手段等方面均较为先进实用,也是自治区流域水文现代化建设的必经之路;在有效提升流域水文自动化测报及管理水平的基础上,也为自治区其他流域水文信息化建设提供了经验借鉴。 Taking the Gonais River Basin in the southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as an example,based on the analysis of the general situation and development plan of water conservancy informatization construction,the practical application of intelligent perception monitoring,big data analysis,visual consultation,hydrologic business support system in river basin water situation monitoring and prediction of super-historical flood is analyzed and discussed.The results show that the hydrological information application system constructed in the Gonais River Basin is advanced and practical in the aspects of automation level,actual effect and accuracy of forecast,early warning and forecasting analysis method,etc.It is also the only way for the hydrological modernization construction of the autonomous region.On the basis of effectively improving the level of hydrological automation measurement and management,it also provides experience for the hydrological information construction of other river basins in the autonomous region.
