布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果及安全性。方法80例肺炎患儿,随机分成观察组和参考组,每组40例。参考组患儿采用常规退热、消炎止咳治疗,观察组患儿在参考组基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、退热时间、肺啰音消失时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率95.0%高于参考组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间(2.4±0.8)d、肺啰音消失时间(3.9±1.5)d均短于参考组的(4.5±2.4)、(5.6±2.6)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中有2例发生不良反应,参考组中有8例发生不良反应;观察组不良反应发生率5.0%低于参考组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗疗效显著,不良反应较少,适于临床推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.Children in the reference group were treated with conventional antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and anti-cough measures,and the children in the observation group were also treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,antipyretic time,disappearance of pulmonary rales,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.0%in the observation group was higher than that of 67.5%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antipyretic time of(2.4±0.8)d and the disappearance time of pulmonary rales of(3.9±1.5)d in the observation group were shorter than those of(4.5±2.4)and(5.6±2.6)d in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group and 8 cases of adverse reactions in the reference group.The incidence of adverse reactions of 5.0%in the observation group was lower than that of 20.0%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation is effective in the treatment of infantile pneumonia,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
