摘要
随着所内产出需求的连年增长,工序外协的生产组织模式已无法解决在制品数量连续增加带来的内部周转和管理压力,需要通过转变外协管理策略来提高外协资源利用率。本文分析了工序外协生产组织模式的优缺点,结合当前需求,转变了外协管理策略,实践了以集中计划为牵引,成品外协为主,分散执行的工序外协为辅的互相协调的生产组织方式,过程中实施的提升外协单位成品加工和过程管控能力、特殊过程管控要求以及计划监督执行管控的措施,有效提升了结构件产出量,缓解了内部管理压力。
With the production needs of research institute.The production tissue model of the process of processes has not been able to solve the internal turnover and management pressure brought by the number of products.The utilization of external resources can be improved by transforming the outsourcing management strategies.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of process outsourcing model.Combine with the current demand and transforming the outsourcing strategy.Practice the production organization of centralized plan traction which is mainly focus on the overall outsourcing model,and the process outsourcing model is auxiliary.The process of improve the finished product processing and process control capabilities,special process control requirements,and plan to supervise and control of the implementation of the process which increased output and alleviated the internal management pressure effectively.
