摘要
胰腺癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。李佩文教授从事恶性肿瘤的中西医结合防治工作50余载,临床经验丰富,疗效确切。本文总结了李佩文教授从脾论治胰腺癌的临证经验,李佩文教授认为脾虚是胰腺癌发病的核心病机,从脾论治为切入点,以健脾为基础,疏肝、补肾为关键,配以化痰祛湿、祛瘀散结、清热解毒之法,以上治则可随证加减,临床中往往可以取得满意的疗效。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China.Professor Li Pei-wen has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors with integrated Chinese and western medicine for over 50 years,and has rich clinical experience and obtains significant therapeutic effects.This article summarized Professor Li Pei-wen's clinical experience in treating pancreatic cancer from the spleen.Professor Li Pei-wen believes that spleen deficiency is the core pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.When the treatment of pancreatic cancer starts from the spleen by strengthening the spleen,and then conducts by soothing the liver and tonifying the kidney,assisted with the methods of resolving phlegm and dispelling dampness,removing blood stasis and dissipating mass,clearing heat and removing toxins,satisfactory clinical efficacy can be achieved after the modification of the herbs according to the syndrome.
