摘要
前纵韧带是脊柱中唯一限制椎体过伸的韧带组织结构,对于活动度更大的颈椎部分来说更是意义重大。为了对颈椎前纵韧带的相关知识有更好的理解及掌握,本文将从颈椎前纵韧带的解剖学、影像学、生物力学、病理学改变等几个方面进行相关文献的综述。通过对颈椎前纵韧带的解剖结构、力学特性能的回顾,探讨并总结其损伤时的影像学表现、病理变化及病因机制,以更好地理解其正常生理及病理过程。
The anterior longitudinal ligament(ALL)is the only structure in the spine that limits vertebral hyperextension.Its existence has a great significance to the spine,especially for the cervical vertebra with greater mobility.In order to have a better understanding and mastery of the relevant knowledge of the anterior longitudinal ligament.This article reviews the relevant literature from the anatomy,imaging,biomechanics,and pathomechanism of the anterior longitudinal ligament.By reviewing the anatomical structure,mechanical properties of the ALL,discussing and summarizing the imaging manifestations,pathological changes and etiological mechanisms of its injury,so as to better understand its normal physiological and pathological processes.
