摘要
针对四孔锻压式氧枪喷头使用过程中出现的化渣效果差、喷溅等问题,三钢引进了五孔氧枪,在生产过程中根据五孔氧枪的工艺参数,在冶炼枪位与供氧流量控制方面进行工艺优化。结果表明,五孔氧枪过程控制与终点化渣情况变好,炉口与氧枪粘钢现象明显改善,冶炼前期喷溅比例降低3.18%,过程返干比例降低18.92%,氧枪枪龄由原120炉/支提高至141炉/支,终点脱磷率升高了6.32%,钢铁料耗与金属料耗分别较四孔氧枪降低了1.75 kg/t和2.13 kg/t。
In order to solve the problems such as poor slagging effect and splashing during the use of four-hole forging oxygen lance nozzle,Sansteel introduced a new five-hole oxygen lance.According to the technological parameters of five-hole oxygen lance,the process optimization of smelting lance position and oxygen supply flow control was carried out in the actual production process.The results show that the process control of the five-hole oxygen lance and the slag removal at the end point is better,the steel sticking phenomenon between the furnace mouth and oxygen lance is obviously improved,the splashing ratio at the early stage of smelting is reduced by 3.18%,the backdrying ratio in the process is reduced by 18.92%,the oxygen lance age is increased from 120 heats/one nozzle to 141 heats/one nozzle,and the dephosphorization rate at the end point is increased by 6.32%.Compared with the four-hole oxygen gun,the steel material consumption and metal material consumption are reduced by 1.75 kg/t and 2.13 kg/t,respectively,which has profound significance in cost reduction and efficiency increase.
