摘要
某型动车组牵引电机轴承发生多起白色酸蚀裂纹(WEC)失效。通过对比不同品牌轴承的绝缘涂层厚度、表面粗糙度、电蚀程度等,认为电流是造成WEC失效的主要原因。利用轴承泄漏电流测试不同厚度绝缘涂层抵抗交流电的能力,结果表明,轴承的阻抗特性与绝缘涂层厚度具有相关性,在高频20 kHz下,绝缘涂层为0.5 mm轴承的阻抗值是绝缘涂层为0.2 mm轴承的1.94倍,从而提出应使用电容、绝缘电阻2种参数考核轴承的绝缘性能。
Several white etching crack(WEC)failure occurred in traction motor bearings of a type of EMUs.By comparing the thickness of insulation coatings,surface roughness and electric corrosion degree of different brands of the bearings,it is believed that current is main reason for WEC failure.The bearing leakage current is used to test the resistance of the bearings with insulation coatings of different thicknesses to alternating current.The results show that the impedance characteristics of the bearings are related to thickness of insulation coatings.At a high frequency of 20 kHz,the impedance value of the bearings with insulation coatings of 0.5 mm is 1.94 times that of the bearings with insulation coatings of 0.2 mm.Therefore,it is proposed that two parameters,capacitance and insulation resistance,should be used to evaluate the insulation performance of the bearings.
