摘要 针对目前电务部门对信号设备进行周期性或临时性检修时,受多种因素影响,存在漏检、假检等问题,研发了信号设备检修跟踪管控系统。该系统主要由电务段管理、车间管理、工区管理和设备检修APP组成;可自动生成临期预告和超期报警,并在调度指挥中心大屏幕上生成检修执行进度图和超期报警明细表;多方式督促车间工区完成检修任务;充分利用技术手段,实现检修作业的过程管控,有效保证设备稳定和行车安全。 A signal equipment maintenance tracking and control system has been developed to address the issues of missed and false inspections caused by various factors during periodic and temporary maintenance of signal equipment by the communication and signaling department.It is mainly composed of four parts including the management of telecommunication and signal depot,the workshop management,the work zone management and the equipment maintenance APPs.It can automatically generate the near-expired forecast and overdue alarm,create the maintenance execution progress chart,overdue alarm detail table on the big screen of the dispatching command center,urge the workshop and work zone to complete the maintenance task in multiple ways,and make full use of technical means to realize the maintenance operation process control and effectively ensure the stability of equipment and driving safety.
