基于Matlab GUI的液体火箭发动机试验振动数据处理分析工艺改进

摘要 本文针对液体火箭发动机试验振动数据处理分析过程展开研究,首先介绍了当前振动数据处理,分析了工艺的流程和存在的问题,阐述了振动数据处理分析工艺;其次对基于Matlab GUI技术的振动数据处理分析实现做了介绍,设计开发液体火箭发动机试验振动数据处理、分析软件系统,并在多型号发动机试验中进行实际的应用和完善,建立振动数据处理分析系统平台。通过对液体火箭发动机试验振动数据处理结果进行分析和软件实现,证明本文提出的液体火箭发动机试验振动数据处理、分析工艺改进措施正确、可靠。 This paper studies the vibration data processing and analysis process in liquid rocket engine test,first introduces the current vibration data processing,analyzes the process flow and existing problems,and expounds the vibration data processing and analysis process.Secondly,the implementation of vibration data processing and analysis based on Matlab GUI technology is introduced,the vibration data processing and analysis software system for liquid rocket engine test is designed and developed,the practical application and improvement are carried out in multi-model engine tests,and a vibration data processing and analysis system platform is established.Through the analysis and software implementation of the vibration data processing results of the liquid rocket engine test,it is proved that the vibration data processing and analysis process improvement measures in liquid rocket engine test proposed in this paper are correct and reliable.
