时效激励联合绩效考核模式在内分泌科护士管理中的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析时效激励联合绩效考核模式在内分泌科室的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院内分泌科的18名护士为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年1月科室护士遵循常规管理办法,2021年2月—2022年1月采用时效激励联合绩效考核办法,比较管理前后护士的科室工作质量、投诉建议情况等。结果与管理前相比,管理后科室管理质量各项评分更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与管理前相比,管理后各项护士投入度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,护士个人出现的投诉情况较管理前变少,满意度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌科护士经采取时效激励联合绩效考核措施后,科室管理质量显著提高,改善其工作投入度,减少了投诉事件的发生,提升了患者的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application value of the time-effective motivation combined with performance appraisal model in endocrinology department.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,18 nurses in the endocrinology department of Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the research objects.From January 2020 to January 2021,nurses in the department followed the routine management methods.From February 2021 to January 2022,the method of time-limited incentive combined with performance appraisal was adopted to compare the quality of nurses'department work,complaints and suggestions before and after management.Results Compared with before management,the scores of department management quality after management were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before management,the scores of nurses'engagement after management were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the complaints of individual nurses were less than those before management,and the satisfaction score was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the endocrinology nurses adopted time-effective motivation combined with performance appraisal measures,the quality of departmental management was significantly improved,their work engagement improved,the occurrence of complaint incidents was reduced,and patient satisfaction was enhanced.
