优化教学法联合以案例为基础的教学法在急诊规培医师教学中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Optimized Teaching Method Combined with Case-Based Learning in Teaching Emergency Medicine Trainee Physicians

摘要 目的探讨优化教学法联合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在急诊规培医师教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021年7—12月于西安交通大学第二附属医院急诊科接受常规教学法的50名规培医师,设为对照组,随机选取2022年1—6月于本院急诊科接受优化教学法联合CBL的50名规培医师,设为研究组。对比两组教学成绩、学习主动性及教学方法满意率。结果研究组理论知识、案例分析、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组教学前ALS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组教学后ALS评分均高于教学前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化教学法联合CBL应用于规培医师的急诊教学,能够提高教学成绩与学习主动性,促使教学满意率提升。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the optimized teaching method combined with case-based learning(CBL)in teaching emergency medicine registrars.Methods The control group randomly selected 50 doctors who received routine teaching methods in the emergency department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from July to December 2021,and the research group randomly selected 50 doctors who received optimized teaching methods combined with CBL teaching methods in the emergency department of the hospital from January to June 2022.The teaching performance,learning initiative,and satisfaction rate of teaching methods between the two groups were conpared.Results The theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and practical operation scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ALS scores between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the ALS scores of both groups were higher than before teaching,and the research group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized teaching method combined with CBL applied to emergency medicine teaching of the training physicians can improve teaching performance and learning initiative,and lead to higher teaching satisfaction.
