摘要
目的研究心血管内科护理服务工作质量持续改进过程中应用目标化管理模式的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年6月在淄博市第四人民医院心血管内科从事护理服务工作的40名相关护理人员,根据科室护理服务工作质量持续改进管理模式的不同阶段将其分成对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规管理;观察组实施目标化管理。对比两组研究对象护理工作管理效果。结果观察组管理及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组病例分析、病历书写、理论知识、操作技能等考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作差错性事件发生率、不良心理状态发生率、投诉事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管内科护理服务工作质量持续改进过程中应用目标化管理模式,能够帮助大幅度提升相关人员的业务水平、理论知识、操作技能,使其在工作中保持良好心理状态,减少差错性事件的发生,降低投诉率,使管理效果及护理人员满意度得到显著提升。
Objective To study the effect of targeted management model in the continuous improvement of nursing service quality in cardiovascular medicine.Methods Forty nursing staff engaged in nursing service work in the Department of cardiovascular of Zibo Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes of continuous improvement of nursing service quality.In the control group implemented routine management;the observation group implemented targeted management.The effect of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results The passing rate of management in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of medical record analysis,medical record writing,theoretical knowledge and operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of work errors,adverse psychological states and complaint events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted management model in the continuous improvement process of nursing service quality in cardiovascular internal medicine can help greatly improve the professional level of relevantpeople,theoretical knowledge and operational skills of related tasks,so that they can maintain a good psychological state in work,reduce the occurrence of error events,reduce the complaint rate,and significantly improve the management effect and nursing staff satisfaction.
