摘要
重大工程中涌现的复杂性问题正成为当前重大工程管理领域的一大顽疾,如何正确认识重大工程的复杂性特征并应对复杂性带来的挑战由此成为学界研究热点。文章运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)进行项目复杂性影响因素的组态分析,探索重大工程复杂性影响因素之间的相关联系,研究分析在不同路径模型下的典型案例分别对于该组态路径的一致性以及结果的一致性,得到多种导致高复杂性及维持低复杂性构型,总结出重大工程项目情境下复杂性治理策略。
The complex problems emerging in megaprojects are becoming a major problem in the current megaprojects management field.How to correctly recognize the complexity characteristics of mega projects and deal with the challenges brought by complexity has become a research hotspot in the field of megaproject management.This article uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to analyze the grouping of project complexity influencing factors,explores the correlation between complexity influencing factors of megaprojects,studys and analyzes the consistency of typical cases under different path models for the consistency of the grouping paths and the consistency of the results,obtain a variety of configurations that lead to high complexity and maintain low complexity,and summarize the complexity governance strategies in megaproject contexts.The complexity management strategies in megaproject situations are summarized.
