摘要
师生民主平等关系的辩驳历经从命题的提出到质疑声音的涌现,再到辩护言论的回应,最后形成诸多调和的观点。但将“民主”与“平等”并称师生关系,终究是一种存在论上的谬误。诸论者在理论上区别看待不同层面的师生平等的价值,且接受师生不对等的现实,从而将师生平等的价值论问题转换为师生民主的实践论难题。师生民主既是教育价值理念又是教育行动方式,它表征着一种最不坏的关系类型,故而通过师生民主没法充分建构良善师生关系,从整体上立足中国式的师生和谐才是正道。
The refutation of democratic and equal relationship between teachers and students has gone from the proposition to the questioning,then to the defense remarks,and finally formed many reconciliation views.However,puting“democracy"”and“equality"”together to describe the teacher-student relationship is an existential fallacy.In theory,researchers distinguish the value of teacher-student equality at different levels,and accept the reality of teacher-student inequality,so as to transform the axiological question of teacher-student equality into a practical problem of teacherstudent democracy.Teacher-student democracy is both a value idea and an action of education,which represents a kind of the least bad relationship.Therefore,it is impossible to fully construct a good teacher-student relationship only by teacher-student democracy,and the right way is to base on the Chinese-style teacher-student harmony as a whole.
