我国数字产业技术进步水平时空演变趋势及影响因素 被引量:6

The Spatial and Temporal Evolution Trend and Influencing Factors of Technological Progress Level of China's Digital Industry

摘要 基于2012—2021年中国31个省份(未包括香港、澳门、台湾地区)面板数据,构建包含数字产业技术创新、数字产业技术扩散、数字产业技术转移、数字产业技术引进四个维度的中国数字产业技术进步水平评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用熵权TOPSIS、泰尔指数、Dagum基尼系数、三维Kernel密度估计与障碍度模型诊断等方法,探究我国数字产业技术进步水平时空演变趋势及影响因素。结果表明:整体来看,我国数字产业技术进步水平在样本期内呈现出逐年递增态势;分区域来看,中西部地区数字产业技术进步水平高于东部地区;从空间差异来看,我国数字产业技术进步水平差异逐渐缩小,且差异主要来源于地区内差异;影响我国数字产业技术进步水平的主要障碍因子源于数字技术扩散和数字技术转移两方面。因此,应加速推动数字技术创新、增强数字技术转移承接能力、加快数字产业技术扩散、着力突破技术进步壁垒,不断提升数字产业技术进步水平。 Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan region)from 2012 to 2021,the authors construct an evaluation index system of China's digital industry technology progress level,which includes such four dimensions as digital industry technology innovation,digital industry technology diffusion,digital industry technology transfer,and digital industry technology introduction.On this basis,entropy weight TOPSIS,Theil index,Dagum Gini coefficient,three-dimensional Kernel density estimation and obstacle degree model diagnosis are used to explore the spatial and temporal evolution trend and influencing factors of technological progress level of China's digital industry.The results show that:on the whole,the technological progress level of China's digital industry shows an increasing trend year by year during the sample period;from a regional perspective,the technological progress level of digital industry in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern region;from the perspective of spatial differences,the differences in the level of technological progress of China's digital industry have gradually narrowed,and the differences mainly come from intra-regional differences;and the main obstacle factors affecting the technological progress level of China's digital industry come from both digital technology diffusion and digital technology transfer.So,it is necessary to accelerate digital technology innovation,strengthen the ability to undertake digital technology transfer,increase the diffusion of digital industry technology,and focus on breaking through barriers to technological progress,so as to continuously improve the technological progress level of digital industry.
