摘要
“双循环”新发展格局下,国内国际市场高效联动,内外贸一体化面临着新形势新要求。作为我国改革开放新高地和链接国内国际双循环的重要枢纽,自贸试验区一直承担着深化改革、制度创新、转型升级和扩大开放等重要职能,对促进内外贸管理体制、规则标准、企业经营、市场体系一体化发挥着示范引领作用。基于此,新发展格局下自贸试验区要持续发挥改革创新优势,从管理体制改革、规则标准对接、企业转型升级和市场体系构建上为促进内外贸一体化探索发展路径。
Under the new development pattern of"dual circulation",domestic and international markets are efficiently linked,and the integration of domestic and foreign trade is facing new development opportunities and higher development requirements.As a new high position in China's reform and opening up and an important hub connecting domestic and international dual circulation,the Free Trade Pilot Zone has always undertaken important functions such as deepening reform,institutional innovation,transformation and upgrading,and expanding opening up.It plays a demonstration and leading role in promoting the integration of domestic and foreign trade management systems,rules and standards,enterprise operations,and market systems.Based on this,under the new development pattern,free trade pilot zones should continue to leverage their advantages in reform and innovation,exploring development paths for promoting the integration of domestic and foreign trade through management system reform,rule and standard integration,enterprise transformation and upgrading,and market system construction.
